Pricing: All products listed on the site will be sold in AUD. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. However prices of most of the products do not change on a daily basis but some of Vegetables and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. Indi-Mart Grocery Store Super Market reserves the right to adjust prices based on/changes in market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
Delivery: On acceptance of your order by Indi-Mart Grocery Store Super Market, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of the date you place your order. If we cannot dispatch your order within 3 days we will notify you of the reason. The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be freight forwarding location. Delivery cannot be made to two locations. (Splitting your order and delivering to two separate location.)
All deliveries are made to the address as nominated by you, during business hours only and you will be required to be available in person to receive the delivery. If you are not available at the time of the delivery the delivery person can leave the parcel at your door if you instruct in writing.
If you instruct us to leave the parcel at your door such instruction must be given in writing prior to the date of delivery. No responsibility will be taken by us if the parcel is reported as missing after the delivery if confirmation of delivery of the parcel has been provided to us by the delivery person.
Otherwise if you are not present at the time of the delivery then delivery person will not leave your order at the address. In such event your Order charges paid for original delivery may be forfeited, a restocking fee of $10 will be applied. Furthermore in instances of perishable items a replacement charge will apply.
Please note, the maximum weight per order is 19kg and minimum online order will be $23. However, in Kellyville suburb and surrounding suburbs (2155) the maximum weight of 30kg per parcel is allowed for your convenience. All the deliveries are done by CouriersPlease or Fast Way Couriers, whichever seems convenient and reliable to Indi-Mart Grocery Store Super Market at the time of completing order. If you are not at home or at the address mentioned, a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your order from Indi-Mart Grocery Store Super Market. Upon instruction, the delivery can be left at your door in a safe place if you are not able to sign for your order. Ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct as any delivery returned as undeliverable will incur a penalty fee. Postage and charges paid for original delivery are non- refundable and restocking fee of $10 will be applied. If you are not available at the time of delivery and would like your parcel to be left at your nominated address, then please instruct in ‘Order and Delivery comments’ text box. Delivery fee is charged according to the Weight and Area Postcode the parcel is being delivered to.
Indi-Mart Grocery Store Super Market does free home delivery for online orders over $60 in Kellyville suburb and surrounding suburbs with similar post code i.e. 2155 , the maximum allowed weight of 30kg and delivery done in 3-4 business days.
Cancellation: As a customer you can cancel your order any time within defined cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a genuine case we will refund your money which you have already paid to place the order and it will take 5 business days. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which is not following the terms and conditions of using the website then we could cancel such orders. We will keep track of fraudulent transactions and customers and would block access to them on website.
Return and Refunds: If for any reason customer is not satisfied with the delivered product, we will take the returned product back and issue credit note for the value of returned product which will be credited to your account within 5 business days after receiving returned product. Please note- Returns must have all original packaging and the Barcode/UPC code. All manuals, blank warranty card, accessories and any other documentation provided with the original shipment must be provided. Courier charges on returned items are the Customer’s responsibility. Indi-Mart Grocery Store Super Market may match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
Indi-Mart Grocery Store Super Market will not accept any returns without proof of the purchases, we recommend customers to keep a copy of receipt to prove the purchases.
